We’re starting the New Year off with a new series featuring brewery stewards Charlie and Dave. These two might not be the fastest at tapping a keg, but they do know a thing or two about drinking beer.
“I swear my favorite beer changes almost daily! Recently it’s our Rosé Fruit Brut IPA. Brut IPA’s are a relatively new style (early 2018) that use an enzyme called amyloglucosidase. Which is hard to pronounce, but has a cool ability to break down sugars that wouldn’t otherwise be fermented. The result is a slightly higher alcohol, dry IPA. The Rosé Fruit Brut IPA is particularly delicious because our brewmaster Sandi added orange, pink guava, and South Dakota Frontenac grapes. It’s a fun IPA that is easy to have a few of!” – David Fields
